What You’ll Be Doing
Trim Carpentry
- Crown molding
- Baseboards
- Wainscoting
- Feature walls
- Shiplap & tongue-and-groove
- Door and window trim
- Custom trim details
Specialty Finish Carpentry
- Hip ceilings
- Coffered and specialty ceilings
- Beams
- Built-up trim and architectural details
Doors & Hardware
- Specialty door installation
- Mortise and jig
- Specialty door hardware installation
- Precise door adjustments and installation
What We Need
- 5+ years of finish/trim carpentry experience
- Strong skills with trim, doors and detailed finish work
- Finish carpentry tools
- Good eye for detail
- Takes pride in clean, professional work
- Able to lead, work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable transportation
- Drug-free workplace
