Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs and environmental considerations.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made.
- Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong sales skills with the ability to promote services effectively to clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
