About the Role
This full-time hybrid position combines client care transportation with strategic B2B sales expansion. Operating out of our Malvern location, you will step into a modern company vehicle during high-volume periods to deliver safe, compassionate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for seniors and patients. When ride volume slows, you transition into field sales—building relationships with healthcare facilities, dialysis centers, and hospital discharge desks to secure new account partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Care Transport (High-Volume Periods): Execute patient transport routes safely, operating wheelchair vans, shuttle buses, or minivans while providing reliable, Christ-like service to handicap and senior clients.
- Business Development (Low-Volume Periods): Conduct targeted, in-person field outreach to social workers, case managers, and discharge planners across medical facilities near the Malvern area.
- Account Setup & Tracking: Present NEMT service solutions, secure transport agreements, and track account pipelines using company software.
- Daily Operations: Complete key-swap protocols, manage geofenced clock-ins, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and coordinate directly with dispatch.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses
- Base Pay: $17.50 / hour guaranteed (40 hours/week)
- Weekly Growth Bonus: +$100 for onboarding 2 active facilities in a week
Active Account Safeguard: A facility is verified as "Active" once it schedules and completes its first 5 billable trips.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Successful completion of in-person interview at our Lancaster HQ and paid training.
