About Us
We are a well-established Montessori education group with deep roots in the early childhood field. Our organization operates one AMI-standard Montessori preschool and two AMS-standard Montessori preschools, all dedicated to providing authentic Montessori environments for young children. In addition, we proudly run a 52-year-old Montessori Teacher Training Center, accredited by AMS, MACTE, and BPPE, which has trained generations of Montessori educators. We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Preschool Administrative Manager to join our leadership team and support our continued growth.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Basic knowledge of finance (e.g., tuition tracking, expense reporting, budgeting)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents, staff, and external partners
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Montessori philosophy is a plus
- Experience with Procare or other school management software
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with licensing requirements
- Manage enrollment records, student files, and parent communications
- Support teachers and staff with scheduling, reporting, and operational needs
- Coordinate with accounting team to track tuition, payments, and budgeting tasks
- Assist with staff onboarding, training compliance, and HR paperwork
- Communicate effectively with families in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear and professional interactions
- Lead school tours for prospective families and provide enrollment guidance
- Work with the admissions team to support enrollment growth, with parent registration numbers tied to performance-based bonuses
- Collaborate with the school director to maintain a high standard of organization and efficiency
