We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about patient care, values a positive team culture, and wants to be part of a supportive, well-run office.
Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License (required)
- Minimum of 1–3+ years of clinical experience preferred (New Graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong knowledge of preventative and periodontal care
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and patient education
- Assess oral health conditions and assist in treatment planning
- Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
