A growing Independent Contractor partnered with R.A.S. Logistics is seeking an experienced and dependable Delivery Driver to join their team in Neenah, MI.
This position is with an independent contractor, not R.A.S. Logistics. The selected candidate will work directly for the contractor supporting appliance delivery and installation operations for a major retail account.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26' box truck with a liftgate.
- Deliver and install appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ranges.
- Work alongside a helper to complete daily delivery routes.
- Load, unload, and safely handle large appliances.
- Provide professional customer service at each delivery.
- Use a handheld device to manage routes and delivery confirmations.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of box truck driving experience preferred.
- Previous white glove delivery and appliance installation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering for Home Depot, Lowe's, RXO, XPO, Wayfair, Final Mile, or similar companies is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move appliances weighing up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a helper and proper equipment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Schedule
- Monday–Saturday
- Early morning start (approximately 5:30 AM)
- Full-time work with consistent routes
Please Note: This position is with an Independent Contractor operating under R.A.S. Logistics. The selected candidate will not be employed by R.A.S. Logistics.
Base Pay: $180.00 - $200.00 per day
