Responsibilities

- Provide attentive care for children, including infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom routines effectively, including scheduling naps, meal times, playtime, and educational activities to create a structured yet flexible environment.
- Monitor children’s behavior using positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates and address individual needs or concerns related to children’s development or special education requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom while adhering to health and safety regulations; administer basic first aid when necessary.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively through classroom management techniques.
- Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate approach toward infants, toddlers, and young children.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions among children.
- Certifications in first aid and CPR;
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members in a professional manner.
