Waiver Home Manager
Location: Princeton, Indiana
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Waiver Home Manager to support individuals with disabilities in residential settings. This role ensures safe, well-managed homes and promotes community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Train and schedule staff
· Cover open shifts and respond to on-call needs
· Support medical appointments and family visits
· Coordinate activities and maintain supplies
· Monitor emergency drills and update kits
· Submit monthly reports and track medical data
· Maintain compliance with agency policies
· Ensure participant rights are upheld
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license
· Clean background check (no felonies)
· Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
