As a Food Prep Production Lead, you'll help create our signature charcuterie boards, boxes and cups, while providing exceptional customer experiences.
Part-time and seasonal positions available. Plenty of growth potential. We offer training and will work with your schedule! Base hourly plus tips!
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and menu standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, ovens, fryers, and other culinary tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly.
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Serve customers at the cash register with enthusiasm, handle transactions accurately, and process payments promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
- Follow all food safety protocols and safety standards during food handling, preparation, and serving processes.
A typical day looks like:
- Opening/Closing store
- Answering Phone Calls/Walk-In Questions
- Operate Register/POS
- Assemble & Wrap Boards/Boxes via Build Guides
- Assemble To Go Bags with Proper Sides and Utensils
- Fulfill 3rd Party Delivery Orders to Standard
- Slicing Meat/Cutting Cheese/Washing Produce
- Making Dips & Jams from Recipe
- Inventory and Plan for Next Day's Orders
- Cleaning/Dishes

- Collaborate with teammates and provide direction when needed.
- Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely while maintaining efficiency.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Requirements:
- Food Handlers Card/ServSafe or ability to obtain.
- 2+ years of working in a customer service environment.
- Offsite event support as needed.
- Saturday's required.
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment including meat slicer, food processor, oven.
- Film/Photograph simple content as needed.
- Local business outreach as needed.
- Confident with basic math, processing credit card transactions. POS Toast/register experience a plus.
- Comfortable upselling boards and add-on items.
- English language required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Store Hours of Operation:
Tues-Fri 10am-5pm
Sat 10am-2pm
Occasional nights, weekends to support events as needed. We will work with your schedule as much as we are able!
