Job Duties:
Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites while following all safety guidelines. Examples may include:

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
-
Wood Lagging, Grout plant operation, working with concrete, and chuck tender
-
Load or unload materials to be used on the construction site
-
Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
-
Digging, backfilling holes, or compacting earth to prepare construction
-
Perform site clean up
-
Perform additional assignments per management’s direction
-
Follow instructions from supervisors
-
Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary

Perform job duties while adhering to Company values
What we are looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
-
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
-
Capable of working in all weather conditions
-
Workers must be punctual, dependable and reliable
-
Have the ability to work in a team environment, and be results oriented
-
The position will require to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry preferred
