We are seeking an experienced Lead Packer to join our growing candy manufacturing team in San Bernardino, CA. This is a full-time, 1st shift position for someone with previous leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment.
Pay:
- Starting at $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 6am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)
- Must be flexible with start times and available for overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the packing team to meet daily production goals
- Pack, label, and box finished candy products
- Monitor product quality and ensure accuracy
- Assist with production line operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow food safety and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous Lead or Team Lead experience is required
- Food manufacturing or food production experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Comfortable working in a warm/hot production environment
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
