Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Manage and supervise all restaurant departments including kitchen, front-of-house, and catering services
- Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency in every dish served
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance team committed to excellence in food service and hospitality
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant
- Develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction, handling feedback promptly, and building strong community relationships
Skills
- Extensive experience in food industry management with a focus on restaurant or hospitality environments
- Strong background in food production, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols
- Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in kitchen management and food service management
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically
- Knowledge of shift management, kitchen operations, and culinary best practices
- Ability to oversee catering events, banquet services, and dietary department requirements as needed
- Familiarity with barista or coffee service experience is a plus for enhancing beverage offerings
