Provide exceptional care to patients with complex medical conditions in the PCU.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care.
Active RN license (Texas or Compact License preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong telemetry and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
