Responsibilities

Lead project planning for mid-sized projects; oversee execution and resolve moderate issues

Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently

Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively

Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed

Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans

Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features

Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

6-10 years experience in technical project management or related field

Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $112,000 - $127,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
