Embassy of Hermitage offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite care to long-term skilled nursing, to hospice services. We also provide exceptional short-term rehabilitation and a range of specialty programs and complex clinical services. Responsibilities include:
- Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
