Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks in residential and commercial buildings
- Conduct repairs on mechanical systems and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance work when necessary
- Utilize schematics and logic controllers for troubleshooting
- Conduct Ohmmeter readings for electrical systems
- Complete residential painting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Ohmmeter readings and electrical systems
- Experience in supervising maintenance tasks
- Residential painting skills are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to interpret schematics and logic controllers
