CXC Simulations was founded in early 2007 as a Los Angeles based high-tech engineering firm that has revolutionized the design and manufacturing of advanced personal racing and flight simulation equipment. CXC’s highly-specialized simulators are not only practical in a professional race team setting, but also for use by motoring clubs, racing schools, specialized retail environments, law enforcement agencies, and of course, in the home. CXC Simulations offers high-end products with concierge level service and support.

Position Summary
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, organization, and integrity of inventory and production data while supporting manufacturing operations from receiving through shipment. This role serves as the primary administrator of the company's ERP system, ensuring inventory transactions, manufacturing orders, bills of materials, and reporting remain accurate and up to date. The Inventory Coordinator also supports production by managing parts flow, maintaining inventory organization, preparing shipments, and providing critical inventory and cost data to multiple departments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with ERP inventory management systems. Strong ERP experience is essential, with Fishbowl ERP experience strongly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
- Receive Purchase Orders (POs) in our ERP system.
- Issue, update, and complete Manufacturing Orders (MOs).
- Create, edit, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Correct inventory, sales order, manufacturing order, unit of measure, and part location discrepancies.
- Create and maintain inventory locations.
- Generate custom Fishbowl reports to support production, purchasing, accounting, and management.
- Perform routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory asset information for accounting and tax reporting.
Production Support
- Pull and retrieve parts for production.
- Maintain production inventory organization, including part locations, labeling, hardware packaging, and tagging.
- Provide inventory availability and production requirement data.
- Provide simulator cost information and inventory reporting.
- Maintain and update production documentation.
- Monitor consumable inventory and communicate replenishment needs to Purchasing.
- Support production through 3D printing of components.
Shipping, Receiving & Logistics
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments.
- Crate completed simulators for shipment.
- Organize packing materials and maintain shipping supplies.
- Process inventory receipts and transfers accurately within our ERP System.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing or inventory environment (Fishbowl ERP experience strongly preferred).
- General understanding of inventory control and supply chain management; previous parts control experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand, implement, and follow established procedures, processes, and workflows.
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Resourceful with the ability to utilize search engines and online resources to research solutions and technical information.
- General understanding of mechanical principles.
- Familiarity with hand tools, mechanical assembly/disassembly, and basic electrical concepts.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles if required.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate or become certified to operate a forklift.
- Ability to travel domestically on occasion.

- Basic manufacturing and production processes.
