This position is a Full-Time Hourly Caregiver position, that would work Thursday through Sunday.
R&K Specialized Homes, Inc. is a provider of services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. We are looking for compassionate, responsible Direct Care Staff who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our residents.
The Direct Care Staff provides direct care to the residents at the group home. Between four to six residents may reside at the group home, and they rely on the staff to assist them with their daily living tasks such as: helping the resident bathe, cook, clean, participate in active treatment, go out into the community for activities, and work on skills such as money management, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must be able to pass a Criminal History Check, Driving Record check, and HHSC exclusions check
* Driving is required for the position (would be driving a company vehicle as part of job responsibilities)
INTERVIEW & TRAINING
We conduct interviews over the phone, our training is almost entirely online and can be done around your current schedule. How quickly you start is entirely up to you.
