As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you’ll run established routes with dependable freight while being home weekly at our Fort Atkinson terminal. We make sure you’re paid for all aspects of your work—including detention time, stop pay, and layover pay—so you’re not losing money when delays happen.
We also take pride in keeping drivers moving with reliable, well-maintained equipment and our own dedicated shop, and on call techs helping reduce downtime and keeping you on the road instead of waiting for outside repairs.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
- Deliver freight on time while following all DOT regulations and safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and compliant
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation (ELD)
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or issues
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and the public
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no disqualifying MVR violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to commute to our terminal in Fort Atkinson WI weekly.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations, safety standards, and hours-of-service rules
- Experience with ELD systems and maintaining accurate logs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
- Professional communication skills when working with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment safety
- Commitment to safe driving practices and protecting equipment and freight
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
