Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber to join our team and help deliver top-quality plumbing installs across residential and commercial both new and old projects. As a vital member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring they meet all safety standards and local plumbing and gas codes. Your expertise will help create safe, efficient water systems that enhance our clients’ comfort and satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling homes to new construction sites, using your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drain systems, and fixtures.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and carry out repairs or replacements as needed.
- Follow local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work.
- Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or rerouting existing systems while adhering to project specifications.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while maintaining safety protocols.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks is required for construction site work while maintaining safety at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver excellent customer service by explaining work processes clearly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Hands-on experience with Prop Press, and Pro Pex connection methods, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with plumbing system maintenance, repair techniques, and remodeling procedures.
- Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installations and repairs.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimations.
- Prior remodeling experience is a plus for versatile project support.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety standards is preferred.

Pay: $72,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year
