Covina Kia is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, and will help create a welcoming dealership experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers and guests
- Assisting customers in the lobby and directing them to the appropriate department
- Providing general customer service support
- Assisting the Business Development Center (BDC) as needed
- Performing basic administrative and clerical duties
- Maintaining a professional and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good reading comprehension and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
Salary/Schedule Information:
- Full-time position
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
