American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is seeking a Culinary Operations Specialist to join our dynamic training team in Salt Lake City, UT. As the Culinary Operations Specialist, you are connected to our mission to Share America’s Story on the Finest American Ships, specifically through the culinary experience each of our guests enjoy on board. You are an efficient professional, with an expert grasp on English spelling, grammar, and computer literacy. You are the primary person responsible for ensuring all the menus for each cruise reflect the correct ports each ship visits that week, and that each is created from the Regional Executive Chef’s matrix of menus. You coordinate with the Regional Executive Chefs, Hotel Operations Managers, training facility, development team, and shipboard teams to ensure all necessary parties are informed of any actual or proposed changes.
