- Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to maintain a spotless environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean items for food service operations.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly by sorting recyclables and managing trash removal according to health regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment operation.

Skills
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
- Experience with bussing tables or assisting in food service environments preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations including food handling and sanitation practices.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering settings is highly desirable.
