Big Jeff Online Inc. is a rapidly growing eCommerce company specializing in car audio and electronics. We sell through major online platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and our own websites. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team and grow with us.
We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering top-notch support and helping customers find the right products for their needs. In this role, you will be the face and voice of Big Jeff Online, providing support across various channels and ensuring a smooth, helpful, and positive customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other platforms
- Assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, shipping updates, returns, and general support
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they’re happy with their experience
- Stay up to date on our latest products, promotions, and procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient personality
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order processes is a plus
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
