Sousa Design Architects, a premier hospitality design firm, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our architecture and interiors team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of dynamic hospitality and restaurant projects in a collaborative, design-driven environment.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Passion for hospitality and restaurant design
- 10-15+ years of professional experience
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team on multiple projects
- Strong presentation, graphic, and visualization skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with material specifications
- Experience creating material boards and renderings is a plus
Work Location: This position is 100% in-person and based in our office. Applicants must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
