Door Hanger / Neighborhood Marketing Associate (Part-Time)
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: 5 days per week, 4–6 hour shifts
About the Position
We're looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our neighborhood marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be distributing door hangers in residential neighborhoods. This is an active, outdoor position that's perfect for someone who enjoys working independently.
No experience is required—we'll show you everything you need to get started.
Responsibilities
- Distribute door hangers throughout assigned neighborhoods.
- Complete assigned routes efficiently and accurately.
- Keep track of completed areas.
- Represent the company in a professional manner while in the community.
Performance Expectations
- Work approximately 5 days per week.
- Typical shifts are 4–6 hours.
- Distribute an average of 500 door hangers per shift.
- Target of approximately 10,000 door hangers per month.
Requirements
- No previous experience required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between neighborhoods.
- A gas-efficient vehicle is preferred.
- Must be comfortable riding a scooter, hoverboard, bicycle, skateboard, or similar transportation devices to efficiently cover neighborhoods.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
