Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Assist customers with retail sales, including product demonstrations and upselling opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of POS systems to process transactions efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience
- 18 years or older
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong basic math skills and experience with financial software are advantageous
- Ability to perform cash handling accurately and manage cash registers confidently
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
