Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles to designated locations. This role requires a understanding of automotive systems, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively while interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and assess the situation.
- Load and unload vehicles using proper techniques to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle conditions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure timely transport of vehicles to designated locations
Skills
- Valid driving license
