What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound buyer and seller leads
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
- Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, and open houses
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Consistently follow up and manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Build repeat and referral business through exceptional service
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, personable, self-motivated, responsive, organized, and team-oriented. You should be a strong communicator, comfortable taking ownership of your business, and willing to learn and use proven systems.
- Active Florida real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain one within 30–60 days
- Real estate or sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Punta Gorda and surrounding areas is a plus
Pay: $46,212.15 - $105,868.39 per year
