As a AT&T Associate (Spanish Required), you will represent AT&T products and services directly to local businesses through in-person interactions. We are looking for someone who is confident in communicating in both English and Spanish, passionate about customer service, and eager to grow within a professional sales environment.
Responsibilities of a AT&T Associate:
- Meet with business customers in-person to discuss AT&T products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients
- Educate customers on wireless, internet, and communication solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and company objectives
- Represent Premier Strategy Group and AT&T professionally at all times
Qualifications for the AT&T Associate Position:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
