mPower is looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Growth & Proposal Operations Specialist to support our business development, capture, proposal, and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the growth lifecycle. You might spend part of your day researching a new opportunity, updating our capture pipeline, coordinating proposal inputs, editing content, developing a presentation, or improving a proposal graphic or template. We're looking for someone who brings a solid professional foundation and is ready to take ownership, work across functions, and quickly learn new subject matter and responsibilities.
Support capture and business development, including opportunity and market research, pipeline management, capture materials, NDAs, teaming requests, partner coordination, and action tracking.
Research and maintain opportunity intelligence using GovWin, SAM.gov, and other sources, and keep our capture pipeline accurate and current.
Coordinate proposal development and production, including schedules, contributor inputs, compliance, editing, formatting, reviews, graphics, and final submission.
Draft, edit, and polish proposal, marketing, and business development content.
Create and refine proposal graphics and reusable templates, including cover pages, callout boxes, organizational charts, process graphics, resumes, and past performance materials.
Develop and improve PowerPoint presentations, capability statements, one-pagers, and other customer- and partner-facing materials.
3+ years of relevant professional experience in proposals, business development, capture, marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
Experience with government contracting, federal proposals, GovWin, SAM.gov, CRM/capture systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is preferred.
