Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. Your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship building will be essential in driving growth across designated markets. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans for prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts within assigned territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value and technical features of our solutions.
- Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- Manage customer relationships through CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up, personalized communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Track sales activities and performance metrics using sales management systems to achieve or surpass sales targets consistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or outside/inside sales roles with a track record of successful deal closing.
- Strong management skills with experience in account management and territory sales planning.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking efforts.
- Experience with remote sales environments and utilizing sales management systems effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, product demos, upselling techniques, and analysis skills to optimize sales performance.
- Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
