Overview
Product Posting Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the seamless listing of products across our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately uploading product information, ensuring all listings are complete, organized, and optimized for customer engagement. Your proactive approach will help us maintain a smooth online shopping experience and support operations by coordinating product data with inventory management. Responsibilities
- Upload and update product listings to the social media platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate and verify stock maintaining with physical stock and online listings.
- Track product movement, stock levels, and order status during the posting process.
- Assist in organizing products on the shelves with efficient stocking and order picking.
- Packaging of products for shipping , including labeling and documentation compliance.
- Support order fulfillment activities by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment using reach trucks or order pickers as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of product postings, stock adjustments, and inventory discrepancies to support warehouse distribution efficiency.
Skills
- Must familiar with social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and stock replenishment techniques.
- Basic math skills for counting items accurately and calculating quantities during stocking and order fulfillment tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure precise product postings and inventory accuracy.
