Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multiple communication channels, including multi-line phone systems, providing courteous and prompt assistance.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest population effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations will help you succeed in this role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems are essential for managing guest communications professionally.
- Background in guest relations, customer service, or resort environments will give you an edge in delivering outstanding service.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus but can be learned on the job.
