Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager include:
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to a small sales team
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development of team members
- Help monitor team performance and provide encouragement to achieve daily goals
- Support managers with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and assist with operational processes
- Collaborate with leadership to improve team performance and customer experience
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
