Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and with positive energy
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food neatly and consistently from the steam table
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Upsell beverages, desserts, patties, juices, and combo meals
- Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, and beverage stations
- Restock supplies throughout shifts
- Follow food safety and company procedures
- Work efficiently during busy rush periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members
