Location: Los Angeles, CA (90015)
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
Schedule: 9x80 Hybrid - Mondays & Fridays Remote. Tuesday - Thursday is On-Site. Every other Friday is off.
Founded in 1966, we are an award-winning architecture, interiors, and planning firm with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Our practice spans custom residential estates, multifamily housing, hospitality, higher education, cultural, and mixed-use projects throughout California and beyond.
We are known for creating timeless, thoughtful architecture while maintaining a highly collaborative studio culture that encourages mentorship, design excellence, and professional growth. Due to continued growth and several exciting new projects, we are actively seeking multiple Job Captains to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing

Produce and coordinate construction documents from Design Development through Construction Administration

Collaborate with Project Architects, Project Managers, consultants, and design teams

Prepare drawing sets, detailing, specifications, and technical documentation

Coordinate consultants and maintain project documentation standards

Ensure compliance with California Building Code and accessibility requirements

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and internal design reviews

Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
What You Need For This Position

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
-
5+ years of professional architectural experience with significant construction document production responsibility

Expert-level Revit proficiency (required)

Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Multifamily Housing, Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Clubhouses), Custom Residential / Luxury Homes, Higher Education

Working knowledge of California Building Code and ADA/Accessibility requirements

Experience coordinating consultants and producing permit/CD sets

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Architectural license or active path toward licensure required

SketchUp and/or Rhino experience preferred

Sustainability accreditation preferred

Wood-frame multifamily and/or mass timber experience is a strong plus
