At Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center, the community’s only independent, nonprofit therapy clinic, our staff enjoy meaningful work, clinical independence, and some of the longest tenures in the field.
We offer one-on-one care - no techs, no double-booking, built-in documentation time - and a collaborative team that includes speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other professionals. Pediatric experience or interest is a plus.
We’re flexible with work arrangements and committed to supporting your goals while advancing our mission.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating, planning, and providing Occupational Therapy services
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
- Counseling patients and families
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Participating in continuing education, compliance, and quality improvement
- Supervising COTAs and students as applicable
