Job Summary
My Serenity Mental Wellness is seeking a compassionate AssociateTherapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC) to join our MSMW family!

Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Caseload 28-32 (Weekly Sessions)
- Full Caseload support with referrals provided
- Rates depends on experience, Bilingual in Spanish, and any certifications

Pay differential based on bilingual status:
- Associate Therapist under 2000 hours pay range $37-$39/hour
- Associate Therapist over 2000 hours pay range $40-$45/hour
- Licensed Clinicians: $55-$65/hour (depending on experience, certifications etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Current California registration as an AMFT, ASW, APCC, OR California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
