Sales Representative

As a leader in the home improvement industry specializing in premium American-made windows, roofing, and siding, we're looking for an ambitious Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative to expand our network of referral partners and commercial relationships.

Position Summary
The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and generating qualified leads through relationship-building and consultative selling. This role focuses on creating long-term partnerships with local businesses that can benefit from Columbia Windows & Exteriors' products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prospect new business clients and referral partners within the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, insurance agencies, contractors, home builders, apartment communities, HOAs, and other strategic business partners.
- Schedule and conduct professional presentations to educate businesses about Columbia Windows & Exteriors' products and services.
- Promote partnership opportunities that generate qualified residential and commercial leads.
- Develop customized solutions that meet each client's unique business needs.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and close business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide ongoing support and maintain regular communication with existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the residential sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, networking opportunities, and community outreach.
- Attend networking events, chamber meetings, trade shows, and community events to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM software.
- Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and monthly performance goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and new product offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales, lead generation, and partnership goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
