CUSTOMER SERVICE / RECRUITER
We currently have an in-house opening at our Chula Vista Branch.
We are looking for candidates to join our team to help recruit for positions in warehouse, construction/demolition, and other related fields.
- Monday through Friday (Alternating every other weekend)
- Must be able to work overtime when needed.
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a high pace environment
- Experience in the recruiting field a plus
- Individual must have strong communication/client relationship-building skills and an excellent phone personality.
MUST BE BILINGUAL (Fluent in SPANISH AND Fluent in ENGLISH)
""Some of the duties will include""
- Helping applicants fill out their employment application
- Answering phone calls
- Recruiting temporary employees
- Data Entry
- Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting
- Call existing customers to generate repeat sales
- Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work
- Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.
- Assist in processing payroll
- Take accurate customer orders over the phone
Requirements:
- Must have own reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
- Clean background. (Background check will be done upon hiring process)
- Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated
- Be professional under tough circumstances.
- Polite and friendly.
- Have a positive can-do attitude.
- Quick learner.
- Attention to detail.
- Energetic.
- Willing to learn and help out as a team member.
