Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Follow established recipes and menu guidelines to create flavorful and visually appealing pizzas.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knife tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties and toppings based on customer preferences.
- Handle food ingredients with care, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
- Support the team during busy hours by preparing ingredients, assembling orders, and serving guests promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling protocols.
- Proven culinary experience in pizza preparation or fine dining environments is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife handling are essential.
