The Material Planner-Jetter is responsible for facilitating the flow of parts into the Jetter and Electrical Departments.

Analyze usage to set up ROP/ROQ Points and Replenishment Methods on new parts

Analyze history and usage to maintain correct ROP/ROQ Points and Replenishment Methods on current parts

Scan buy cards into the Kanban database for Jetter and Electrical Departments
-
Review card scans in database and approve or reject based on history and need
-
Work with production floor in expediting needed parts

Communicate with purchasing the need for parts expediting
-
Breakdown of work order and ordering of work order specific parts
-
Maintain work order packet for upcoming units for completed units
-
Performs other related duties as assigned

Creation of unit VIN tags

Experience in a manufacturing environment helpful

Understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Strong communication skills are required to interact with internal customers

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and follow through on order completion

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Experience in Power BI, Smartsheet, Sharepoint helpful

Manufacturing Experience Preferred

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Must be able to walk up and down stairs several times a day
