The CRM Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Salesforce project, customer, and opportunity data across the organization. This role supports reliable forecasting, enhanced project tracking, and cross-functional visibility by auditing data, validating opportunities, monitoring pipeline health, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.The CRM Analyst partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, IT, and other business units to identify data gaps, drive CRM discipline, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen pipeline management processes across Salesforce and connected business systems.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
2-5 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
