The Job in One Sentence
You are the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
Permits get filed. Inspections get scheduled. Customers know exactly where their project stands before they have to ask. When you do this job well, the phone stops ringing with "what's going on with my job?" — because they already know.
What You Actually Own
- The phone. Every call answered. Every lead called back same day — not tomorrow, not "when things slow down." Leads that sit go cold, and cold leads are money we already spent.
- The inbox. Not just answered — organized. If someone asks where a thread is, you find it in under 30 seconds.
- The paperwork. Permit packages printed, assembled, notarized, correct the first time. A rejected permit costs us days.
- The schedule. Projects, jobs, inspections. You coordinate directly with customers and you make the dates hold.
- The customer's experience. They should feel handled. That's the whole standard.
This Is For You If
- You're the person friends call when they need something figured out
- You'd rather over-communicate than let someone wonder
- You catch your own mistakes before someone else does
- You can hold five things in the air without dropping one
- You're already a Notary, or you'll get commissioned in your first 30 days (we pay for it)
This Is NOT For You If
- You need to be told what to do next
- "I didn't get to it" is a phrase you use more than once a quarter
- Ringing phones and shifting priorities stress you out
- You want a quiet job where you're left alone
- You're looking for remote — this seat is in the office
How to Apply
Email with the subject line: "I don't drop the ball — [Your First Name]"
In the body, answer these three in under 150 words total:
- Tell me about a time you caught something that would've become a problem. What was it?
- What's your system for making sure nothing gets forgotten?
- Why should we hire you over other candidates ?
Attach your resume. Applications without the subject line don't get read — that's the first test.
