Are you an exceptional Long Term Care RN looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Per Diem Clinical Nurse Consultant (RN) to join our team who live in or near Altoona/Portage Pennsylvania to travel to facilities in their area.

We’re looking for someone with:
Outstanding clinical skills and regulatory knowledge
A passion for improving senior care services
Strong LTC leadership experience, Previous DON and/or Regional Role Required
A keen eye for auditing and quality improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments of senior care facilities.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on best practices in skilled nursing and personal care.
- Lead educational sessions and workshops for staff and management as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of consulting visits according to our contractual obligations.
- Submit client reports after completion of customer site visit per company guidelines.
- Maintain effective and timely communication.
- Stay current on issues and regulations that affect the industry and long-term care field.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania; BSN preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Regional Clinical or Director of Nursing with a strong background in skilled nursing regulations.
- Proven track record of leadership and the ability to drive positive changes in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
