Bachelor’s Degree
In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:

3+ years of experience in contract analysis, contract administration, legal, procurement, or a related discipline.

Working knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and industry-specific regulations.

Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and document management systems.

Strong research skills and familiarity with legal databases and resources.
