SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
✔ 5+ years in a professional auto repair facility (engine repair and drivability diagnostic experience especially valuable)
✔ Solid diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently
✔ Michigan certifications required and ASE certifications are a plus (we'll help you get more)
✔ A clean driving record and a strong work ethic
✔ Pride in doing things right the first time - no shortcuts, no comebacks
✔ A positive, team-first attitude with no taste for drama or politics
