4Ever Young Kingwood is a dynamic vitality center that offers a wide range of wellness and aesthetic services.
The Wellness Specialist is a consultant to the patient regarding wellness services and acts as a liaison between the patient and the medical providers. This position will communicate directly with the patient and the healthcare provider to ensure a cohesive consultation, wellness profile, and treatment plan. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and engaging.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calls and information requests from patients and meet with all patients interested in wellness services.
- Educate patients about the benefits of anti-aging and wellness services such as weight loss, nutrition, and other health-related topics.
- Counsel patients on lifestyle changes that can improve their health.
- Conduct ongoing health assessments and evaluations of patients to determine the patient’s goals for treatment.
- Work closely with medical providers to communicate patient’s needs and goals.
- Present treatment plan recommended by medical provider, monitor progress, and maintain ongoing relationship with patient throughout duration of treatment.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in all 4Ever Young wellness services, and a personal commitment to fitness and wellness. Serve as a brand and lifestyle ambassador. Strong interest in the anti-aging, longevity, and biohacking space is ideal.
- Lead regular team training for the non-medical staff in the center, answering their questions about wellness products and services and helping ensure everyone is always up to date on protocols and policies.
- Abide by all medical compliance and 4Ever Young brand guidelines related to wellness services.
- Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines as appropriate to your role.
- Successful candidate should be very professional, punctual, reliable and accountable for quality of their work; be warm, kind and friendly yet efficient and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 12 months experience in the health & wellness or fitness space
- Hormone Replacement, Nutrition and/or Weight Loss program experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent follow up
- Sales experience
- Positive and energetic personality
- Reliable and dependable attendance record
- Preferred Bilingual (English and Spanish)
