Commercial Dock & Door Service Technician
Industrial Building Services (IBS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Dock & Door Service Technician to join our growing team. We service warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair commercial overhead doors
Service loading dock levelers, dock seals, dock shelters, and dock equipment
Install and replace commercial overhead doors and related hardware
Perform preventative maintenance inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Complete service reports and communicate professionally with customers
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Qualifications
Experience with commercial overhead doors and loading dock equipment preferred
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work from ladders and lifts
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
Loading dock levelers
Sectional and rolling steel doors
High-speed doors
Commercial operators
Welding or fabrication experience (a plus)
Low-voltage electrical troubleshooting (a plus)
